Thank you for your question, anonymous.
The CfPA logo is available for use (website, email footers, etc.) under license by current members of CfPA in good standing (pay your dues!)
It is also available for use by partner organizations for specific events or activities (e.g. co-marketing of a conference or webinar) that have been approved by the CfPA President.
Please see below for CfPA's official license agreement on logo usage.

Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) Logo License Agreement
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Crowdfunding Professional Association ("CfPA"), a nonprofit organization, and the undersigned CfPA member ("Licensee").
1. Grant of License
CfPA grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CfPA logo ("Logo") solely for the purpose of identifying themselves, or their organization, as a CfPA member in good standing on their website, marketing materials, and other promotional content.
2. Eligibility
This License is available only to current members of CfPA in good standing. If a Licensee’s membership lapses, is suspended, or is terminated for any reason, this License automatically terminates, and Licensee must cease all use of the Logo immediately.
3. Usage Guidelines
Licensee agrees to use the Logo in accordance with CfPA’s brand guidelines, which may be updated from time to time. Licensee shall not:
a. Alter, modify, or distort the Logo in any way;
b. Use the Logo in a manner that suggests CfPA endorsement of any product, service, or individual without prior written approval;
c. Use the Logo in any unlawful, misleading, or defamatory manner.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect as long as the Licensee maintains their CfPA membership in good standing. CfPA reserves the right to revoke this License at any time upon written notice if Licensee violates this Agreement or misuses the Logo. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately discontinue all use of the Logo.
5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Logo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CfPA is not liable for any damages arising from Licensee’s use or misuse of the Logo.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the use of the CfPA Logo and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By using the CfPA Logo, Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
