How can VIA Folio work with a company considering a Reg A+ crowdfunded token offering?

Folio would work the the issuer of the security like we have with many Reg A Tier 2 issuers -- supporting online subscription, funding, closing and custody in taxable and qualified accounts, and we have a long standing process for using the issuer as the good control location. We think this approach is SEC compliant even if the issuer utilizes a block chain token for its books and records, instead of spreadsheet or other method.
