Jenny Kassan is an accomplished attorney, coach, and ecosystem builder, dedicated to enhancing capital access for underrepresented entrepreneurs. With a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is the author of "Raise Capital on Your Own Terms: How to Fund Your Business Without Selling Your Soul". Additionally, she co-founded several ecosystem-building organizations, including the Sustainable Economies Law Center, Force for Good Fund, Crowdfund Mainstreet, Angels of Main Street, and Opportunity Main Street. Through her law firm, the Kassan Group, she provides guidance to social enterprises, investors, and intermediaries. Jenny also served on the SEC Small Business Advisory Committee.
