It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the 2024 President of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA). As the leading voice for the regulated investment crowdfunding industry, CfPA is making significant progress in advancing the interests of all industry stakeholders. My peers on the board at CfPA are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and interesting individuals who are true believers in the positive impact crowdfunding can bring.

In 2025, my role will transition to Co-Chair (alongside @Devin Thorpe ), and CfPA's current VP, @Jenny Kassan, will step into the President’s position. Jenny has been involved in regulated investment crowdfunding since its inception—she was in the Rose Garden for the signing of the JOBS Act—and has been a key leader in building industry consensus around CfPA’s 18-point policy platform, ratified by the board earlier this year.

With the change in Administration, control of Congress, the intensive crypto lobbying efforts of 2024, and anticipated leadership changes at the SEC, I believe the year ahead will be very dynamic for our industry.
