What motivated you to join the board of the Crowdfunding Professional Association?

Good motivation. Democratizing investment capital will turn back some of the policy problems we see today which stratify wealth. 

With the SEC recent change to limit for Reg CF from $1 m to $5 m it seems that more issuers can now benefit from crowdfunding.
