Biography

I am a Director of Business Development at North Capital Private Securities. I work with prospects and clients that are looking to find solutions to help streamline the investment process as they raise capital through alternative investments utilizing Regulation Crowdfunding, Regulation A+, Regulation D, and Regulation S. Prior to working at North Capital, I worked at RealtyMogul as an Investor Relations Associate. This gave me first hand experience in working with accredited and non-accredited investors that are investing through an online platform. Prior to that, I was a Financial Advisor with AXA Advisors. I graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Business Finance and currently holds the Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations.

North Capital has been a broker dealer since 2011 and specialized in being a managing broker dealer. We launched North Capital Investment Technology in 2014 that provided an API with functionality to process investments. In 2016, we became a custodial broker dealer so that we could provide escrow services in house. This also allowed our firm to bring in payment processing as part of our technology solution. We provide an API or a white label platform solution for clients that do not have a development team to build out their website. Our ATS application was approved in March 2020 and we launched our user interface at the end of 2020 for institutional clients. We have multiple partnerships and work with Reg A+ issuers to offer API functionality for clients to create their own order management system to facilitate secondary trading through our ATS. Overall, we have extensive experience working with clients that have varying business models and providing white glove service so that their business can run as smoothly as possible.
